Mutual Respect Training

Creating a respectful workplace not only benefits employees and employers, but compliance with labor guidelines ensure all understand individual and collective responsibility. This session covers aspects of diversity and differences between two people. Steps on how to ensure respect in all workplace encounters, communication, and relationships are demonstrated and discussed. The session explores the legal parameters around harassment both to identify, report, and how the law protects employers and employees. Dialogue and role play exercises are central to this learning experience.
