Basic Rider Course Beginner

The BRC-1- Beginner RiderCourse is designed for those with very little or no experience riding a motorcycle. Training motorcycles are provided for this 2-day combination on-line eCourse, and hands-on motorcycle training program which introduces basic knowledge and physical skills.

Successful course completion, a valid eCourse Certificate and passing a Skill Evaluation (either initial or retest), provides a NYS specific MSF Completion Card that qualifies as a Waiver of the NYS DMV Motorcycle Road Test.

Important Registration / Payment Information

• Sign up for is the course you can attend. There is no switching from one course to another.
• Once you begin to register, you must complete the transaction within 10 minutes. 
• Do not hit the 'back' button while registering.
• We accept MASTERCARD, VISA and DISCOVER for payment.
• You may buy only 1 seat per course in your name. To register an additional person in the course, you must submit a separate registration using that person's name and email address.
• If you are submitting multiple registrations using the same credit card, wait at least 20 minutes between transactions (or your credit card company may think your card is being used fraudulently).
• As soon as you successfully complete the payment process and submit your registration, your credit card is charged.

Ecourse Information

There is a mandatory online eCourse prequisite for this class. View the 2024 L2R brochure to access the link. Once the eCourse is complete, it is valid for 30 days. Please bring a printed copy of your certificate to the first day of class
