Evolving Conscious Teams

In today's world, it is rare to be an individual contributor in the workplace. Most of us likely rely on others to get the activities in our job completed.

Evolving Conscious Teams provides your team with a better knowledge of themselves and others beyond, and within their formal, functional roles. The three-part program helps you optimize teams through understanding the nine team roles, behaviors and dialogue skills needed to get things done.

Evolving Conscious Team involves these key elements:

- Understanding the 9 Team Roles, an empirical, evidenced based methodology that accurately predicts team performance.

- Uses Individual and Observer feedback to develop team role profile results which reduce the amount of bias present in assessments that only use self-evaluations.

- Provides awareness of individual skills and interaction style to fully utilize their strengths and bring them to the team - recognizing the value that different perspectives & cultures bring to an organization.

- Give team members a common language to discuss and address issues.
